Letter
§ Students will be able to
identify the letter A a among the other English letters by watching the
following Utube video.
Instructios: play this video for the child and let him watch it several times until he learns the given letter well.
§
Students will know how to
write correctly the letter A a firstly by practicing
to trace the letter in the given worksheets below.
Instructions: open the
links below and print the two worksheets for the child. Firstly, let him/her trace the letters and then let the child try to write
it down on his own .
§ Students will learn
eight words starting with letter A a and
will be able to pronounce them correctly by watching the prezi presentation.
Instruction: Open the prezi presentation below and use the slide arrow to
watch it. Moreover, I included an audio to every slide to help the child to
pronounce the letter correctly so allow the child to listen to
it and repeat afterwards several times.
I really enjoyed watching Ina's blog, it's colorful, simple and attractive. Easy to understand and follow instructions. in my opinion, Ina chose an appropriate you tube video. Creative prezi, especially your audio recordings, extremely detailed and clear. I truly admire your creativity in using different text fonts, colors and sizes of the text. However, there is only one minor things that I would personally change: I would change picture of the Ape in your prezi, in order not to confuse young learners. as "A" in Ape sound like [ei] so it might be confusing why the A sounds [e] in apple and [ei] in Ape?
